Refund policy
Your purchase is eligible for exchange only if it meets the following conditions: -
- All Products which are on SALE are not valid for return unless its a manufacturing defect.
- Fabrics once cut cannot be returned unless its a manufacturing defect.
- All Stitched suits and Unstitched suits are not eligible for return unless it manufacturing defect.
In case the products delivered carry genuine manufacturing/quality defects, you will be required to share a photograph to our WhatsApp number (+91 9999454533) or email address (mm.here4u@gmail.com) as soon as you unpack the items, and request a return within the next 3 days.
The products are only eligible for a refund in cases of a) incorrect deliveries b) damaged goods - Refunds or Exchanges are not allowed in case of color preferences and change of mind.
If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our care team within 3 days of delivery with the following information: -
Order number - Delivery address - Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.
You may contact us via email at mm.here4u@gmail.com or call our customer care at +91 9999454533 from Monday to Saturday, between 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM (IST). We will look into the issue and respond to you within 48 working hours.
Once acknowledged by the Modern Mutiyaar team, during the next working day please send the product back to us yourself and do not forget to take the acknowledgement receipt from the courier person about the number of products you are dispatching with his/her signature and mobile number. Modern Mutiyaar will not be responsible for any lost shipment.
Please ensure that the product you return is unused, unworn and the original tags are intact.
Please note that international orders are not eligible for returns.
The cost of return shipping is at the customer’s expense and is non-refundable. We recommend returning items through traceable Courier.
For hassle free returns, we recommend you to take a video while opening the parcel in case of any damage/defect that may have occurred during transit.
